2.2 Payment must be made at the time of order placement via our secure payment gateway. 2.3 Prices listed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify prices and delivery fees at any time without prior notice.
- Delivery
3.1 We offer delivery services within Nairobi and Kajiado counties.
3.2 Delivery times are subject to availability and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3.3 While we strive to deliver within the stipulated time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. M&M Online Butchery is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
3.4 Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be added to the total order cost at checkout.
- Product Quality and Availability
4.1 We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products.
4.2 In case of any dissatisfaction with our products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
4.3 Product availability is subject to stock levels, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

5.1 Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
5.2 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
5.3 In the event of a product being out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide an option for a refund or substitution with a similar product.
